Toddler time warp. Phenomenon resulting from tired toddler's being put to bed 20 minutes early, waking up 1 hour early, not being tired enough to go back to sleep (despite soporific tendencies of milk given to toddler upon waking to induce sleep), but being tired enough to have sufficient tantrums to result in toddler's being 30 minutes late for school.
